Majestic Mind Games Raises $1.45 Million to Export Saudi-Developed PC Games

Jeddah-based game developer Majestic Mind Games secured $1.45 million in a funding round co-led by Merak Capital and Impact46 to build original PC and console titles for international markets.
Saudi mega-project NEOM also invested in the startup, which founders Lujain Albukhari and Majed Anbar launched in 2023.
Bypassing the Local Market
Rather than developing localized content for domestic players, Majestic Mind Games engineers original games strictly for a global player base. The studio builds primarily for PC, with planned cross-platform releases on console and mobile. Production centers on mechanics that reward player curiosity and independent problem-solving.
The core production team includes:
- Lujain Albukhari – Co-founder
- Majed Anbar – Co-founder
- Samaher Bantan – Lead Artist
- Mohammed Baeshen – Game Programmer
Capitalizing Production Pipelines
Merak Capital backed the studio based on the founders' straightforward approach: they know how to ship games that sell globally and keep a tight grip on their budgets. Impact46 co-invested to fund the startup's shift from prototyping single releases to maintaining an active, multi-game production slate.
Majestic Mind Games will deploy the $1.45 million directly into production costs, hiring specialized developers and artists to push its initial PC titles to launch.
