HeyBreez Raises $2.5M Seed to Build Operational Infrastructure for Enterprise Voice AI

MENA-born voice AI infrastructure startup HeyBreez closed a $2.5 million oversubscribed Seed round led by Lunara Partners. The Delaware-headquartered company designed its platform to manage the complex operational workflows behind enterprise AI voice agents, moving beyond basic conversational models to handle commercial-scale execution.

Jabbar Group, DASH Ventures, and strategic angel investors participated in the round, which follows a $1.3 million pre-Seed led by Wamda Capital in January 2026.

Moving Beyond the AI Conversation

While base AI models have largely solved speech recognition and generation, enterprise adoption stalls at the operational level. HeyBreez targets the backend logistics of voice AI, providing the infrastructure required to run automated calls reliably in a production environment.

Key operational features include:

  • Telephony Management: Direct handling of telecom routing and connection stability.
  • Workflow Logic: Automated retries for unanswered calls, callback scheduling, and conditional branching journeys.
  • System Connectivity: Linking conversation outcomes to existing customer record databases and triggering post-call actions.
"Everyone in this market helped companies make the call. No one helped them run the operation behind it. That is the hard part, and what we built for from day one," said Karim Malhas, Founder and CEO of HeyBreez.

Commercial Scale and Distribution

Founded in 2025 with physical offices in Amman and Dubai, HeyBreez currently processes more than one million calls per month. High-volume enterprise clients execute campaigns reaching 10,000 calls daily across the banking, healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors.

The company targets four distinct customer tiers: direct enterprise clients, agencies constructing client solutions, self-serve developers, and regional AI companies embedding HeyBreez infrastructure into proprietary applications. Integration partners like Arabic.ai and Xaia currently distribute the technology to regional enterprise buyers.

Global Deployment with Regional Roots

The startup uses the MENA region as a commercial starting point, capitalizing on rising demand for Arabic-language voice automation and strict sovereign-cloud and data-residency requirements across the GCC. Despite this regional focus, the platform routes workloads across Europe, the US, and Latin America.

"Every platform in this market solved the conversation. Almost none solved the operation around it—the retries, callbacks, integrations, and governance that determine whether voice agents hold up in production," said Said Murad, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lunara Partners.

HeyBreez will allocate the Seed capital to expand its global telephony node network and harden its processing infrastructure for complex enterprise workflows. The company wagers the next phase of the voice AI market will not depend on how naturally an agent speaks, but on whether organizations can deploy and govern those agents reliably at maximum scale.
