The platform combines AI-assisted event creation, ticketing and RSVPs, mobile check-in, team planning, and live fundraising in a single workspace — purpose-built for organizers who want professional tools without enterprise pricing or hidden costs.

Hossain brings more than 20 years in technology to the company, including a senior engineering leadership role at IBM. Over his career he has led teams ranging from early- stage startups to large enterprise organizations and has founded several startups of his own. A veteran community builder and nonprofit leader, he also provides leadership to a number of charitable and community organizations, among them BITNA and Prayers Connect — experience that shaped MeetPure Events' focus on the practical realities of running community events.

The idea grew out of what Hossain repeatedly saw across the community. "I observed community leaders forced onto platforms that host events against our values, exposing our families and children to them — simply for lack of a platform tailored to our ethics," he said. "MeetPure Events exists so communities never have to make that trade-off."

A different model: $0 platform fees

Where many "free" platforms recover revenue through service charges or default-on tip prompts that can add double digits to a ticket's price at checkout, MeetPure Events takes no cut of ticket sales. Organizers pay nothing to use the platform; attendees may leave a voluntary tip, but are never required to. Standard third-party payment processing costs are passed through transparently and documented publicly.

Built for the full event lifecycle

MeetPure Events replaces the patchwork of tools organizers typically juggle. It begins with AI-first event creation: an organizer can turn a flyer image or a plain-text description into a complete event page in about two minutes, with dates, speakers, agenda, and ticket tiers extracted automatically.

From there, the platform handles the full ticketing workflow — multiple ticket tiers and shared ticket pools, discount and promo codes, and cart-based checkout with full refund handling. Organizers can issue tickets directly from the back end, including for offline, cash, or bank-transfer payments; reach attendees through built-in email campaigns that invite their contact lists and re-engage past registrants; and follow every event with detailed sales, conversion, and attendance reporting. Free events run on RSVPs with capacity limits, waitlists, and custom questions.

On event day, dedicated iOS and Android check-in apps handle QR scanning and real-time attendance, with role-based staff access that keeps attendee data and finances private. Behind the scenes, a built-in planner keeps teams organized with task boards and templates for conferences, workshops, and fundraisers, while a live fundraising toolkit adds a real-time pledge tracker, tiered giving, and automatic tax-deductible receipts. A curated, family-friendly directory rounds it out, helping communities discover events they can trust.

Used by leading organizations

Organizations running events on MeetPure Events include Miftaah Institute, the North American Bangladeshi Islamic Community (NABIC), Memphis Islamic Center, MUNA (Muslim Ummah of North America), and BITNA, spanning conventions, fundraisers, educational programs, and community gatherings. Since launch, the platform has processed approximately $1.8 million in gross ticketing and fundraising volume, with organizers keeping every dollar of it, minus only standard payment processing.

In a Net Promoter Score survey of nearly 200 respondents, 87% were promoters — giving MeetPure Events a world-class NPS of 82.
