UAE Startup Bundle Secures $5.5M Pre-Seed to Pool Brand Loyalty Rewards

UAE-based startup Bundle secured $5.5 million in pre-seed funding to launch a networked rewards platform that allows businesses to pool their customer acquisition budgets. Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures led the round.

Founders Bader Al Kalooti and Mostafa Wanas launched the company to combat rising customer acquisition costs and declining conversion rates. Bundle replaces standalone cashback offers with a shared reward model. Participating brands combine their marketing incentives into central pools, enabling small and medium enterprises to fund substantial prizes they could not finance individually.

Customers earn platform tickets by completing target actions, such as making purchases or referring new users. These tickets grant entry into shared draws for higher-value rewards, shifting the customer engagement model from fragmented, low-margin discounts to aggregated prize funds.

Beneath the consumer interface, Bundle operates on blockchain infrastructure. The platform uses stablecoin payment rails to process cross-border payouts and execute transactions instantly. By abstracting the Web3 elements, Bundle delivers a standard Web2 experience to consumers while centrally managing compliance and payment distribution for participating merchants.

Early performance metrics indicate strong commercial viability. During a five-country pilot, the platform distributed $100,000 to more than 1,100 users, including a $50,000 main prize. Brands involved in the test phase recorded conversion rates up to four times higher than their standard incentive campaigns.

Bundle will allocate the fresh capital toward product development, strategic partnerships, and geographic expansion. The startup targets Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines for its next phase, launching with a coalition of more than 50 initial brands.
