Pakistani Developer Hamdek Launches 270-Agent Autonomous Software in Direct US Market Entry

Cleveland, Ohio — Islamabad-based enterprise software developer Hamdek entered the US market this week, launching an autonomous AI operations platform at the Odoo Show in Cleveland. Bypassing the traditional white-label model prevalent in Pakistan’s IT sector, the company debuted its proprietary product directly to American corporate buyers.

Founded by National University of Science and Technology (NUST) graduate Muhammad Afzal, Hamdek introduced Wolf Pack, an agentic AI system designed to execute cross-departmental workflows. The platform deploys 270 specialized AI agents managed by a central director node, automating tasks across accounting, manufacturing, and human resources.

Transitioning to Agentic Frameworks

While traditional enterprise resource planning (ERP) requires human operators to input data and trigger processes, agentic AI operates autonomously. Users define the outcome, and the software determines the necessary steps, allocating tasks to specific algorithmic agents.

"Rather than buying tools for people to operate, companies using Wolf Pack assemble a workforce of AI agents that operate for them," the company detailed during the rollout.

The Wolf Pack architecture includes:

  • A Director Wolf Agent that receives primary prompts and distributes workloads.
  • 270 specialized agents handling specific domains like finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Direct integration with Odoo, an open-source business management platform used globally.

Pakistan’s Shift to Direct Export

Hamdek’s public launch represents a departure from the standard operational model for South Asian tech firms, which typically function as back-office developers for Western intermediaries. By sponsoring the Cleveland event and presenting an original product, Hamdek is establishing direct customer relationships.

This market entry aligns with broader growth in Pakistan’s technology sector. According to recent data, the country recorded $4.5 billion in IT exports during the 2025-26 fiscal year. Local infrastructure is also scaling to support advanced software development. Programs like the Higher Education Commission’s AI training initiative recently produced 6,000 graduates, shifting the talent pool toward machine learning and autonomous systems.

By building its platform on Odoo, Hamdek targets an existing user base of companies already reliant on the open-source architecture, providing an immediate upgrade path toward autonomous operations.
